[slm] I was just watching a program ( sitcom/dramatization) called 24 hours on Tv today Fox (23 i think) 9pm-10pm called 24 hours strarring keifer southerland talking about a terrorist plan to blow up something in LA The sad part is they show that the terrorist is/are hiding (at least at one point ) in a mosque ,and indirectly the mosque officals conniving with them [wlm] wonder if any one else saw this and if we could do something about it wassalam |

| [slm] You can contact CAIR http://www.cair-net.org/ and ask them for advice on how to respond to this.........they send out e-mails under the heading of 'incitement watch' and ask all the subscribers to write to the people responsible for such stuff ........ they also send them an official letter protesting against such biased portrayal of Muslims esp. in some recent TV episodes. |

| [slm] I've been watching the show for sometime now, it continues every week. I'll give you a synapsis of what's happened so far, although I admit this week was a little more weirder. So for the past couple of weeks they discovered that some terrorists have planted a nuclear bomb in Los Angeles. This anti terrorist organization called CTU is looking for the terrorists (their building got bombed as well, b ut by some convention bomb). anyways, everyhthing centers around this one family, 2 blonde women and a wealthy father. one of the daughters is getting married to some british-arab named Reza. the other daughter is suspicious of him because he is arab so she has a private investigator check him out. during an investigation the private eye discovers something so they call in the anti-terrorist organization and take reza in for questioning because of some questionable transfer of funds. the father is also questioned. reza blames it on the father and he is taken to a building escorted by 2 of the ctu team members to try and trace records of who did the crime. his fiance shows up, and kills the 2 ctu people and her fiance. and in today's episode the other daughter dresses up in hijab and goes into the mosque looking for one of the terrorists. also the NSA might be playing a part in this, and from previous episodes we learned that the president's ex-wife is working with the NSA, who have sent in military commandos in to prevent people from finding the bomb. |
