Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.

Does anyone know of a specific du'a made for a woman with a risky pregnancy?  We're all
making du'a that everything goes well, but I thought maybe there was a specific one used
by RasulAllah or his Sahaba.

JazakumAllahu Khair.

Assalaamu alaikum.

Wa Alaikum Salam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

This is not a specific Du'a for a specific situation like yours, but, nevertheless, may be of benefit to many of us.

At that time Zakariyâ (Zachariya) invoked his Lord, saying: "O my Lord! Grant me from You, a good offspring. You are indeed the All-Hearer of invocation."

Ukhti, how about Duaa Alistikharah? You know Duaa alistikharah isn't just foir making up your mind but for filling you with real knowledge of tawakul. There have been many times when the pregnancy for no reason miscarrys but the reason is with God and we may not know it.

You must make Duaa of course and ask God to make it a safe and good pregnancy in Shaa Allah but my point is that whatever happens let yourself be content with Gods judgement and be sure that all kadar is for our Good.

Do you remember Sayedna Alkhidr when he was with Prophet Moses Alayhi Allf Salam and they came across a boy and Sayedna Alkhidr because he had knowledge and had been inspired by Allah SWT killed him because his parents were good and if that child had grown older he would have become bad. It was at that precise age that he would go to heaven otherwise he would not have and God is all knowing and he realised that his parents hearts would have been broken twice once on this earth and another time in the hereafter.

Another thing to realise is that whosoever looses a child God builds him a house in heaven. It doesn't matter how old that child is. This is a very comforting thought can you imagine how wonderful it is to know that your children have preceeded you to heaven and await to invite you to their homes in Paradise?

I know everyone by now is thinking why on earth am I saying all this? All you asked for is a Duaa. But when you realise truly from every part of your mind that God is with you and everything is Khair(good) you will relax and your thoughts will fill with peace and contentment...and peace of mind is very important for the maintenance of a good pregnancy-you see how wonderful the Istikharah is?
Follow the Companions of the Prophet and use the Istikharah for everything in your life even whether or not to tie your shoe laces!! but it will give more stability to your pregnancy than any medicine you'll see!!!

wa Salam alaykum Wa Rahmatu Allah

Abu Hurairah quotes the Prophet as saying: "Any Muslim who loses three of his children would not be touched by the fire except for the fulfillment of God's oath." (Related by Al-Bukhari, Muslim and others.) Abu Hurairah relates that a woman came to the Prophet (peace be on him) carrying a young boy. She said to the Prophet: "Pray for him, for I have already buried three." The Prophet said: "You have put a very heavy shield between yourself and the Fire." (Related by Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad)

Khalid Al-Aisi states that he lost a child and he felt his sorrow very keenly. He met Abu Hurairah one day and asked him: "Have you not heard something from the Prophet with which to console us for the loss of our dead?" Abu Hurairah replied that he heard the Prophet saying: "Your little ones are the ever present young ones in Heaven." (Related by Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad, Muslim, Ahmad and others). A fuller version of this Hadith adds, "Each one of them meets his parents and holds them by their garments, not lettting go of them until they have entered Heaven."

Jabir ibn Abdullah says: "I heard God's messenger (peace be on him) saying: 'Anyone who loses three of his children and accepts his loss with resignation will be admitted into heaven.' We said: 'Messenger of God, how about one who loses two children'? He said: 'Even if they were two'." Mahmood Ibn Labib who has transmitted this Hadith mentions that he said to Jabir: "By God, I think that had you said what about the loss of one child, he would have said the same." Jabir answered: "I also believe so." (Related by Ahmad and Al Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad.)

Umm Sulaim, a companion of the Prophet mentions that she was once at the Prophet's home when he said to her: "Umm Sulaim, no Muslim couple lose three of their children but would be admitted to Heaven by God, by virtue of His mercy to them." She said: "What about two?" He said: "Even if they were two." (Related by Ahmad, At-Tabarani and Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad).

Abu Dharr was a companion of the Prophet. He was asked once how many children he had. He said to his questioner: "Shall I relate a Hadith to you?" The man was eager to learn that Hadith. Abu Dharr said: "I heard the Prophet saying: 'Any Muslim who loses three children who had not attained the age of puberty, God would admit him into Heaven by virtue of His mercy to them. Any man who sets free a Muslim slave, God would make every organ of that slave as a ransom of his own organ so that it will not be touched by the Fire'." (Related by Ahmad, Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad and others).

also:
Ahadith Kudsia :

:)

Narrated Abu Hurraira (RA) that Allah's Messenger (SAWS) said: Allah the Exalted says: I have nothing to give but Paradise as a reward to My believer-slave who, if I cause his son or brother to die, he bears it patiently for My reward.
Hadith sound and reported by Bukhari

Narrated Abu Musa AlAshari (RA) that Allah's Mesenger said: When a son of My slave dies Allah says to His Angels, though He knows best: You have taken away the soul of My slaves son.
They say: Yes.
Allah says: You have taken out the fruit of his heart.
They say  : Yes.
Then Allah says: What did My slave say? They say: He praised You and read the words:
" We are to God and to Him we return"

Allah says(to the angels) : Construct for My slave a House in Paradise ( as a  reward) and name it 'the House of Praise'

Albani reported this Hadith as good. It is reported by Tirmidthi and Ibn Habban
