Problem posting new article to Ummah board

[slm] I have just tried to post an article to the Ummah section. It seems to not have been published properly. Is it a bug, in the forum code? can one of the admins have a look at it? I was pasting an article with a title of "INVASION OF IRAQ and 911: Deconstruction of the American Psyche" Since it was a copy and paste it might have copied some non-ascii characters to the "Subject field" (it was a simple text copy from another web browser window from an article at http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article1545.htm). Jazakum Ellahou Khairan, gharib.

[wlm] Try it again now.. Something happened and it broke that forum but I tried to clean it up so should be ok.
