It is perfectly clear that the United States march toward the Invasion, Occupation and Administration of Iraq, is the vivid declaration of the new dawn of re-colonization and barbarism, under the guise of the “War against Terrorism”. The United States, by wearing the mask of the so-called “war on terror” has embarked to terrorize the world. The time has come to rip through the masks, smokescreens and propaganda to question the premises on which the Bush Administration has usurped our liberty, curtailed our Freedom, and declared “war against the Bill of Rights“, emasculated the Congress, and has silenced political dissents, in order to bring about the clash of civilization by invasion of Iraq. the invasion of Iraq according to the Vatican is an act of “Immoral and unjust War” against the international law, then we have the right to question the justification behind the metamorphosis of a” Good American” to an” Ugly one”. Most pundits would agree in principal that the terrorist act of 911 was the source of the changes of our society. Yet, none has examined the crime scene; and, all have internalized the administration’s version of events. When Colin Powell, the architect of cover-up of Mi Lia Massacre and one of the principal conspirators of the Iran Contra Affair, stands with such degree of impunity in front of the Security Council and presents innuendoes and baseless allegations as factual evidence to justify the upcoming massacre, incineration, disruption and destruction of life and the property of 500,000. Civilians on the first day of the attack by the “E” bomb and thousands of “dirty” bombs and cruise missiles, one wonders what has happened to our morality. Where are the defenders of an unborn “fetus”, the believers in the first Commandment “Thou Shall not Kill”, the defenders of wild life and “animal rights”, to convince us why the killing, maiming, burning and destroying the property of millions of people in two days is not a crime against humanity? It is; but under the invocation of the 911 theory, it would be classified as “Collateral Damage”. Pentagon plans to launch 800 cruise missiles and drop up to 3000 bombs in the first two days of its attack on Iraq, in order to shock the masses of Iraqis into “submission’. Thus, we would be cowardly attacking a country that is not at war with us, has little means to defend itself, and no chance to resist and would collapse, against our naked aggression. Iraq is not Viet Nam, the under founded, demoralized conscripts are exposed in dessert and would be massacred. Why the corporate media do not question the morality of this naked aggression? Why no one has drawn an analogy between incineration of Jews in concentration camps and the continuous oppression of Palestinians and the upcoming incineration of Muslims in a huge concentration camp called Iraq? This is racism of the first degree. Why, then we, who inserted ‘hate crime” in our law books, permit our giant Army to condemn these “Semites” to death by incineration, starvation, and malnutrition without calling this a premeditated war crime. It is hypocritical that we, who constantly, scare our own population by phony “elevated” alerts and fear of “dirty” bombs, have been dropping these “dirty” depleted uranium bombs, on a defenseless civilian population of Iraq, because they are racially and religiously different. Again, the underlying factor of our vicious hypocrisy in pursuing this unjust war of aggression is 911. Yes, the September 11, seems to be the core of the underlying cause of every inhuman act, every justification of loss of our civil liberties, every act of cowardice of our Congressmen, every mutation of our national psyche, and every betrayal of our intellectual integrity. Until we demolish the “scarecrow” and deconstruct the “monster” that this administration has created and installed in our collective psyche, we would sheepishly follow and would dance to the war drums. We must face our fears and analyze the catastrophe of 911, which has terrorized us into silence and submission to the Orwallian theory of government. There has not even been a serious Congressional Inquiry of the matter, because it is feared that the official version of events would fail any methodological inquiry. We are in denial because facing the truth is painful. It is critical to know that the conceptualization of “regime change” and “Invasion of Iraq” preceded September 11. That is, if the Sequel of Patriot Acts and the ’invasion of Iraq“, preceded the 911, then the 911 cannot be the cause of the Invasion in any viable theory of causation. Invasion and Regime change in Iraq is going to happen and all the anti war outcry would be silenced when the propaganda machine of the controlled media would show the Shi’a of the South and the Kurds of the North welcome the invading Army as their Liberators. The Corporate media’s picture of cheering women of Basra’s welcoming the GIs, would declare the end of the leaderless ‘anti-war” crowd. Therefore, if the well-intentioned anti-war movement wants to survive, it must become the fundamental force in redirecting the movement to erase and eradicate the nightmare of 911 by a “deconstruction” of the official version of truth. We must refute our resistance to “self denial”. To reconstruct our psyche we have to undermine the propaganda machine created by the monopolistic corporate media. After all, our terrorized psyche has made the nation subservient to propaganda. The historical link between Al Quada and the administration is undeniable; but the link between Saddam and Al Quada is impossible to establish. Except the occasional appearance of the fabricated Bin Ladin’s utterances and their release to the CIA sponsored Aljazeerah TV in the tiny autocratic Sheikdom of Qatar, we have not seen one single act of retaliation, to prove the existence of this so-called great anti Western terrorist organization. Yet, there is no investigation, because Government propaganda and the Corporate Media need a “scapegoat” to continue their scare tactic to usurp our freedom at home and dominate the world by an organized terror. Unfortunately, the Nazi’s rise to power has similarity with what is happening here. They had a blue print, they fabricated a catastrophe by burning the Parliament, invented a scapegoat, the Jew and Communists, acquired the total domination of propaganda machines, and then under a phony pretext Invaded a defenseless nation. It is ironical that it was Powel’s deceptive reasoning, and presentation of a doctored tape, treating the world like gullible children, that has seriously damaged the credibility of this administration, and brought all it’s pronouncement under suspicion. The invasion of Iraq was planned and requested by almost all the presidents’ men years ago. When finally it happened, we must suddenly start looking closely at the head quarter of U.S. operation for invasion, Qatar. Why the Bin Ladin’s tapes have always appeared in the dictatorial closed society of Qatar and the CIA’s Aljazeerah TV, rather than another Arab Media. How long can we camouflage this conspiracy as a coincidence? Therefore, the invasion of Iraq might finally awaken us to the ’Grand Chess Board” and the great deception. Notice that each Bin Ladin announcement comes exactly at the time that this administration wants to exhort more concession, direct us to behave in certain way. Do not be surprised if you see the Security forces suddenly uncover a bunch of Al Quada cells inside the U.S. Al Quada and its cells were always here. Veterans of the anti Soviet war in Afghanistan and CIA’s Muslim warriors in Chechnya have taken refuge here. Now, they could be picked up anytime and confess to whatever crime the administration desires to achieve its agenda. We have become a captive nation, driven by constant fear of “Monsters and Demons”. We are giving up everything to regain our security. It is possible that a rapid collapse of regime in Iraq would be awakening to our national consciousness. We might rediscover that 911 did not bring about the sequel of Patriot Act; but it was the blue print of Patriot Act, which preceded and therefore caused the 911, as it is a pretext. The noble anti war demonstrations across the Globe must translate itself into a movement to liberate our psyche from the implanted horror of 911. Consequently, the liberation of our psyche would be possible only through reclaiming the propaganda machine of the corporate media that has enslaved us by terrorism of 911. Failing to do so would make the Anti war voices of dissent moot, the morning after invasion |
