Corollary to the Constitution

[slm] A new corollary has been added to the constitution. Personal arguments should be taken offline and remain offline [Definition of Offline: Email, Private Message, etc.]                       And because threads keep closing because arguments keep degenerating into personal insults. A new corollary:                         A person who insults another in a thread will not only get a warning but will not be allowed to post in the thread again.
