| Asalaamalaikum wr wb, i just received this msg from a friend - Location : Knightsbridge Tube station A friend and his wife (both practicing beard/hijaab) were on platform between 3/4 pm in afternoon, when two white men in their 30's walked up and pulled out a knife on his wife,the brother pushed his wife out the way and punched the guy whilst they shouted Anti muslim abuse and NOT a single person helped or did anything, there was a scuffle and finally police arrived. one white man got away and one got arrested, the other one bumped in2 them(maybe he followed them) at bayswater station and started abusing and shouting , u terrorists etc. in a carriage on the tube,whereas NOT a single person intercepted except 1 hindu who said 'Not all muslims are terrorists u know' ...the brother did NOt fight due to fear of his wife, if he got hurt she might also b injured SubhanAllah. This incident occurred during the day, in a public arena...imagine what the future may hold May Allah swt protect all the Muslimeen wherever they may be......ameen need to address this issue on the net as well as other mediums. be careful about your travelling........1) Never travel alone 2) Always have mobile fone ready 3) Always let people know where you are 4) Don't wear high heels etc 5) Don't travel at night 6) Don't travel when you don't have to walaykum asalaam wr wb your sis in deen zara |
