| salamu alaykum, I would like to invite everyone here to come watch the Palestenian Movie: Divine Intervention at Union College, provided by MECCA club and IEG grant. This movie is a satire about the Arab-Isreali conflict....everyone who has seen it has said its funny and good:)... believe it or not, this movie was nominated to win a foriegn film award but unfortunetly becuase Phalestine is not recognized as its own state, it couldnt win :(... This movie only shows up at certain places at certain times. The movie is about a hour and half long, in arabic with english subtitles. The movie will be shown at Union College on the following dates, times, and places..... 1) Tuesday May 27, 2003, 7pm at Union College Campus Center Auditorium 2) Wednsday May 28th, 2003, 7pm at Union College Olin Center Room 115. 3) Thursday May 29th, 2003, 7pm at Union College Campus Center Auditorium, on this day .. there will eb a discussion about teh ARab-Isreali conflict with Professor Lobe and Professor Schmidt )from 7-8) then movie showing after that.
