| [slm] Our ustadh taught us this nasheed yesterday May Allahswt bless him ,his family and his students ;) Ameen "Always respect your elders if you are rightfully a Muslim Respect and love your parents and those who are knowledgeable and elder Have mercy and love on the youth and children, Fill your heart with love and good character, For those who live like this there is a great reward for them here after. Have you seen the old man who carries the burden and bitterness (struggle) of the years? That surely makes him, deserving of the fact that he should be respected." There is a hadith of prophet [saw] as as reported by Tirmidhi ""He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young ones and honor and recognizes the elders" |
