| [slm] ;-) [img]URL[/img] [img]URL[/img]this story always reminds me of how [color=Red][/color]i should treat the people i care about, if they say sumthing i dont like, then i forgive them, because i kno that the best way to solve a conflict between two bro's or sis's is to forgive eachother inshallah {there were two friends walking through the desert. They got in to an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME THE FACE." They kept on walking until they found an oasis. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE." The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, Why?" "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it." Sword Of Allah |

| Speaking of true friendship, I never heard of a greater bond than existed between the Prophet (SAW) and Abu Bakr Siddeeq (RA). In fact, just recently I heard Sh. Suhaib Webb talking about how anxious Abu Bakr was to accompany the Prophet on his Hijrah, knowing full-well that the journey would be life-threatening. In fact, when the command was finally sent to our Prophet that he could migrate, Aishah narrates that "never had she seen a person cry out of happiness, until she saw Abu Bakr cry on learning that he would accompany the Prophet during the Hijra"! And later during their perilous journey to Medina, Abu Bakr would oscillate between walking in front of, and then behind the Prophet. When the Prophet asked why he was doing this, he replied "When I'm walking in front of you, I fear someone might attack you from the back so I guard your back. And when I'm at your back, I fear someone might attack you from the front!" Wow.. now that's what I call a true friend :) |

| AMIN.............and i think also, that if we would like to be good freinds to others, we should follow our beloved prophet muhammed's example, with abubaker. jazakallahu khairan 4 the story about the love between rasoulullah{saw}, and his companian aboubaker{raa}. salam, peace SwordOfAllah |
