| [slm] Pretty slick. I think the GUI needs some work to make it easier for novices to navigate. For example, something like grab-and-move, or zoom-in-the-selection-box, would help. Also, the history window just gets in the way. I think it should be moved else where, outside the main window for example. |

| thanks for feedback admittedly civilisations does require an extremely fast processer. Probably won't incorperate changes until next version. Have tried hard to make it simple but running around 25 000 years of history in parallel for 9 civilisations/ideologies does make it difficult. I could take some of the features off but that would make defeat the object of being able to compare and contrast different empires etc. if you could send the link to your friends i,d be grateful. also if you know of any historical events and the year they occurred in, particularly with good web links, let me know. |
