| [slm] oh dear...we have two brothers..swordofallah and samr (both 15..around "that" age) who need to be told.... and hey no one ever helped out the other brother who askin about it at teh bebzi cause he asked about it a few days ago...if u did then may Allah(SWT) forgive me....and reward you cmon MEN be strong....its ok to talk about the sensitive issues :P...just IM them.... help the young muslims grow into awesome muslim men... :) wasalam nouha:) |

| [slm] :) Well I think no need to be shy about it since women used to ask such questions directly to Holy Prophet [saw] and he used to answer it in public. So why IM? Men and women both are known as adult when their lower garments get wet first time while sleeping. Well now if someone wants to know the meanings of "WET" then it means sexual and physical change in body which makes it happen. I mean sexual discharge from their private parts. I hope it helped did it? |

| [slm] uhh...okay then... Your voice will start changing, and you'll hit that awkward phase, when it looks like your limbs are too big for your body. And, yes your intelligence is a very good indicator of age....usually boys your age become dumber. That's okay...you'll learn how to recrawl intellectually when you hit about 21. Until then, may Allah give your parents patience. Wasalaam. (I am SO mean.) |

| [slm] Sword of Allah How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm just asking because your question really surprised me. I always thought that if you didn't know these things from your parents, it would be your friends or from sex education in school (which I'm opposed to by the way) that taught it to you. Anyway, I'm guessing you're a preteen. Believe me when you hit puberty, you'll know it! It's the whole shabang,...body hair, changing of voice, sexual urges, growing pains (Yes, there is such a thing), etc etc. Just don't be shocked if you wake up one morning and find things out of the ordinary. About whether puberty affects intelligence...I don't think so. I took biology and anatomy & physiology courses and I never heard that it does. Wa Allahu A'lam. Emerald |

| [slm] im 15 but i asked this question because, in islam puberty is a big thing, 4 diong diff, acts, right??? so, as for normal puberty i kno wat it means!!! ;) but as 4 islamic puberty, or wat does islam talk about in puberty, when n how do u kno in islam....... | [slm] Brother the puberty what Islam talks about is physical one what you already know ....:) All the rules and regulations of Islam are applied on men and women who are physically adult. It has nothing to do with intelligence and psychology unless someone has gone mad completely. Islam rules are not applied on the person who is insane. Walla Hu Alam .... |
