| bsmlahh [slm] I got some quastions here: 1.What is jihad? 2.Is that a thing a muslim MUST do? 3.Must a muslim eojahed with his soul? Cant he/she eojahed with his money? answere as far as u can and jazakum allahu kairan |

| [wlm] and [slm] There are five kinds of Jihads 1). Jihaad-bil nafs : The ongoing battle between good and bad in your brain. 2). Jihaad-bil ma'al : Helping Humanity, Muslims, Islaam by spending money. 3). Jihaad-bil lisaan : Raising your voice for the sake of justice, islaam. 4). Jihaad-bil qal'm : Making use of pen, your writings, to spread the message of truth, justice, islaam. 5). Jihaad-bil qitaa' l : When someone, bad Muslim or non Muslim, attacks your home country then fighting with them with NO fear of death whatsoever. | Just a little comment on Jihaad-bil qitaa' l. Of course, in that case the defense of the 'homeland of Islam' is the defense of the Islamic beliefs, the Islamic way of life, and the Islamic community. However, its defense is not the ultimate objective of the Islamic movement of Jihaad but is a means of establishing the Divine authority within it so that it becomes the headquarters for the movement of Islam, which is then to be carried throughout the earth to the whole of mankind, as the object of this religion is all humanity and its sphere of action is the whole earth.
