| http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/memorial/0,13313,952862,00.html Guardian has gone to great lengths to compile personal stories of Iraqi civilians, Iraqi soldiers, British soldiers and American soldiers who died during the war. The stories of civilians being killed is absolutely heartbreaking and I would urge everyone to read it because you will realize that these are people being killed and not just faceless statistics as was portrayed in the news media (atleast here in the US). Incidentally, there are atleast 100 stories of american soldiers and as I recall, this wasn't the American toll provided in the news here. Propaganda at work I guess. Wallahu a'lam. --Zahid.
