[slm]  :-) i'm writting on the behalf of my friend who can't login because shes forgotten her password.   :( she said shes been to 'help' and followed the instructions but when she gets to the log in part there is no 'forgot password' icon, i checked myself too and couldn't find it.   ??? so..what does she do? anyone know where the 'forgot password' icon is?

Assalamu Alaikum i had the same trouble. You need to login from the main page of message board. Once you are on the message board, do NOT login by clicking on "Login".  Instead, go completely down the page, look at your left, you will see : "Login (Forgot Password?)" it is written in small character, so look carefully.
