[slm] :-) [color=green][font=comic SANS ms] is anyone willing to share some homeopathic remedies for sinusitus, influemza or the common cold please? We just entering winter and all of the above appear to be RIFE!!! Especially the blocked noses  :P  [/font][/color]   :(  **help***   ???

bsmlahh [slm] well keep urself warm and strong i mean helthy more limin and orange i mean a litle bit extra C-vitamen more hot showers and the nose spray thing thats all i got insha ALLAH it help u salam

[slm]   A steam tent might help. Also hot liquids. Chicken soup is good. Maybe honey and lemon too. [wlm]

i say honey, honey mixed w/ pepper and ground cinnamon,nasty but worth it :-)
