| Know of an Intro to Islaam article? |

| As-salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah, Does anyone know of a brief Intro to Islam type article? One that doesn't contain too much Arabic, only covers the basics, spelled out in an objective way (ie, nothing like, "Islam is the only way to Paradise"). I have books that would fit the bill but I'm looking for something shorter for non-Muslims (like an article that can be printed off the net). Had found something recently but forgot to save it. It basically explained the idea of the Oneness of God, Islaam as a way of life, used the term "God" instead of Allah, etc. If anyone knows of something like it that they would recommend, that'd be great. | Waalikumassalam, I really like this site (Northumbria University's "MSA"): http://www.unn.ac.uk/societies/islamic/_about/content.htm They explain the basics but there are several strategically-placed links to more detailed sites which the interested viewer can visit. I'll look into all of these, i'A. And if I ever find the article I was thinking of, I'll try to post it as well, iA. :) |
