| I'm not expecting any responses to this post because I just want to vent about something that happened to me today which I can't get my mind off. I was coming back from class and as I was going 60 on the highway I see this poor creature ( most likely a beaver) dragging itself across the street. I was saying to myself Oh God I hope I don't hit you. :( Then I did! :'( I was devastated looking in the rear view mirror seeing it's limp body laying there. And what was even more heartbreaking was that it almost made it across!...If it wasn't for me!!! :( :( :( I guess I need some reassuring that it was an accident. I just feel so horrible. I just think that if only I took the other lane and I start asking myself was there or wasn't there a car beside me that didn't allow me to change lanes. And then I start to think about what those behind me thought of me! Then I think, why did that poor beaver have to be so dumb! What was it thinking crossing a 6 lane highway! Ugh. :'( |

| Hello Emerald, how are you feeling? Just wanted to let you know I know how you feel. This happened to me many years ago and it was a baby bunny at night in the middle of the road. Hope you are feeling better. Tis sad when something like that happens. I am glad you are safe though as some swearve to miss something and end up hitting another car or putting theirs in a pole or ditch. |

| [wlm] mannnn i hit a bird once :( thats right a BIRD..that dumb bird wdnt move..adn i even slowed down to give it enough time to fly away..but NOOOO it had to sit there and get hit by me..i mean u are a frikin bird..ALlah gave u WINGS , FLY AWAY....pagal bird >:(..i had to feel bad for the whole next week. :( poor thing..than i saw its partner few feet away..adn i felt worse :'( ..oh well..they all goto Jannah..better off than us.
