| [slm] I'm sorry to hear of your difficult times. May Allah (SWT) help you. Life is all about tests, and just have patience and trust in Allah (SWT). Allah (SWT) says (interpretation of meaning): 'But give good news to those who are patient, who, when a calamity strikes them, say: 'Indeed we belong to God and indeed to Him we shall be returning: They are those on whom are blessings from their Sustainer, and mercy-and those, they are the rightly-guided. (Quran 2: 155-157). Insha'Allah spend some time reading the Quran and paying attention to the meaning of verses: Allah (SWT) says interpretation of meaning: “And We send down from the Qur’aan that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe…” [al-Isra’ 17:82]. And I think its really important that you find other sisters out in your area so you can have some friends out there to lend you support. Of course everyone out here on the jannah.org board is also there to help you, insha'Allah. |

| [slm] Sister may Allah help you and give you strength to be patient during your rough times. I think the most helpfull thing in one's rough times is prayer. If you keep up your prayers and ask Allah for foregiveness then you would feel strength in your heart. Apart from prayers and duas I think having good friend is also a blessing. A friend who you can share your sorrow and pain with and whose shoulder you can cry on. I think it really helps if you let the things drain off instead of let them being cooked in yourself. |

May Allah [swt] help you cope with whatever situation you will fall into sis...ameen summah ameen take care of yourself.... if you feel really dawn and feel like crying, please perform w'adhu (ablution) and read quran, especially surah AR Rahman or surah mulk...it will help inshaallah...
