Topics of interest: Islamic Sects and Philosophy, Islamic Legal Philosophy, Early Muslim Women History, and Maliki school in al-Murabitun period. -Married alhamdulillah -Expecting a baby toward the end of Aug. Still thinking about a name (Omar, Zaidan, Sinan, Abdullah, or Zainudin) I also know Jannah ;D Ahmed. | ||||

Ma-asalaama....[/quote] Sinan is an old Arabic name, however, the family want to the name the kid after the Turkish Architect who built many mosques during the Ottoman empire (including the Sulaymaniya) Jazakum Allah khayr all for the warm welcome. |

| [wlm] Hey that sinan guy was cool... did you know he built a cool masjid in Damascus too.. today it is also a souk for arts and crafts and I bought a nice painting from an artist there.. The masjid is still there with ppl praying in it too ma'shallah Alhamdulillah doing the same as when we last talked i think.. still looking for a job/life ;) |
