| [slm] [glow=red,2,300]PLIGHT OF A MUSLIM BROTHER[/glow] I want you too much to take you And cherish you too much to cheapen So sister accept my distance And watch my love slowly deepen I am but one man among many Who longingly think to savour Your warmth ,ur eyes , ur smile And wonder out its flavour My place among them is common of merits , i cannot boast but my sister my devotion to ur honour is foremost and i alone among them nearly burst with warmth when he of lustful eyes stood an blocked ur path when he of theiving hands stole a caress from urs when he stood close to u as he would with common whores as i stood in my rage u stood in virgin shame i'd come to ur defense if u'd only call my name if only you would see me as more than just a beard if only u could think of me as more than religiousl weird its for islam ,not spite it that i will not meet ur eyes and its not romantic cowardice that keeps my smiles shy its not because i fear u that i will not call ur name and when i call u siser i'm trying to be tame its not that ur inferior its just that im so base i havent the control to gaze into ur face without my heart missing beats without forgetting to be brother without wishing ur love was for me an no other so until Allah blesses me an u become my other half i will always close my ears to the melody of ur laughs i will always close my eyes to the beauty of ur face i will kindly ask my heart to beat at normal pace' i will walk a step before u an cast no looks from behind i will move my lips in zikr to keep urs off mine for i want u too much to take And cherish you too much to cheapen sister accept my distance sister watch my love deepen well wat do u all think of it??? isnt it just wonderful ! :-*! i dont no who wrote it !!but i would reallly like to praise his poetic talents!!! :-X :-) [wlm] |

I know it's society, but I was saying if there were more brothers like the ones in the poem, then we wouldn't have to. Wait....I'm still not saying that right. You know what I mean right? And his plight to be a good Muslim for waiting until they were married so as to not make her stray for him. Now I'm an open gal (it's terrible, I try to be shy-really) so every guy I talk to has talked to me back. Now if every guy didn't talk to me back then maybe I wouldn't be so open. Does that make any sense here? I talk the talk but I sometimes don't walk the talk. I give advice yet I don't follow my own in piety.
