| [slm] wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, Anyone else noticed how easy it is to learn about all kinds of different Islamic subjects via mp3 players? You can download a bunch of lectures from islamway.com or audioislam.com or any other site, convert it from any format to a playable mp3 format via streambox ripper, burn onto a cd (or download direct to your mp3 player if it's solid state) and listen away! I use a Rio Volt SP250. I have a commute of about an hour and a half per day, i can learn a lot during that time. I much prefer this over hate radio. Plus, if you want to practice your arabic, download a lecture from a speaker who speaks slowly enough, from islamway.com, and listen a few times. Insha Allah, you will be surprised how much you can understand! ;D BTW this is a great board masha Allah. Ok Salaam alaikum. |
