At least twice as many Iraqi civilians are now known to have been killed in current invasion of Iraq, than were killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The final dead body count, of the current Bush-Blair "axis of tweedle Dumb and Dee with a twist of Genghis Khan", will have a death toll many times higher, but it's obvious which atrocity the media would rather 'milk'. I suppose it's a question of quality not quantity. Winston Churchill always put quality ahead of quantity. For instance didn't 'The Greatest Ever Britain' according to BBC viewers (but 'Greatest ever Kuffar', probably according to Al-Jazeera viewers), make his contribution to the progress of humanity by using these 'great' words: "I do not understand the squeamishness about the use of gas. I am strongly in favour of using poisonous gas against uncivilised tribes" (Winston Churchill). Subsequently, mustard gas was used against the Kurds, which he disgracefully referred to as an "experiment". Surely mankind has progressed and modern day leaders believe that all life is precious? Well someone forgot to tell the likes of the 'Butcher of Sabra and Shatilla' (Ariel Sharon) and 'I'm a President, get me out of here' (Slobodon Milosevic), and the Uzbekistan dictator, Islam Karimov - this pet dog of USA has even outdone his paymasters in persecuting Muslims. Closer to home, a few weeks ago, on BBC Question Time, a batty old Labour MP, Gwyneth Dunwoody, unashamedly expressed her complete disdain for Muslim life. Dunwoody described the people of the Iraq as 'savages' and talked of the need to 'pacify them'. Incredibly similar to Churchill's words, however, she does look as though she was probably around back then when Churchill made those speeches. In such a bloodthirsty climate, it should come as no surprise then when last week it was reported that an American archaeologist urged her compatriots to kill Iraqi looters (no doubt more uncivilised, than the 2 million plus prisoners filling USA's prisons). http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk_news/story/0,3604,994395,00.html However, this is a society where love of 'dunya' and material things means everything and children are raised with the mindset of 'sell your Grandma and buy a playstation'. Of course, the damage inflicted to the 'cradle of civilisation' and once heart of Muslim lands, is of great loss to everyone. However, trigger-happy US soldiers don't need any encouragement and we need to remember the Hadith, which narrates that even the destruction of the Kabaa is not worth the blood of one Muslim. There is, however, a glimmer of hope as we (in Britain) do live in a democracy - although you may scoff and say that this democracy lark is a farce, and that Zionists, and big corporations really run a dictatorship (with roughly 5 year tenures). That's somewhat true, but ultimately people do have (potentially) incredible power. For instance, years later it has now apparent that the USA ruling junta, during their Vietnam war, wanted to nuclear bomb the Vietnamese. Don't think that they were put off from such evil because they were worried about massacring a few hundred thousand people in an instant. No, they killed millions anyway, so another million here or there would have not bothered them. However, what did worry them was the public reaction back home and the fear of public riots. This was despite all the propaganda to demonise the "yellow niggers". Today, Jack Straw and that Blair can continue selling arms to Israel and invite the Butcher of Sabra and Shatilla over for coffee because the public aren't fussed about it. The media can spew propaganda about Islam, because the truth is that no one tells them not to. In fact as MPAC proved last week, even Muslims cannot be bothered to defend themselves - a Channel 4 documentary "Blaming the Jews" which attacked the Quran only managed 46 complaints from over 1.8m Muslims. MPAC has told you before, and will keep on telling you, that our sole institution (the Mosque) is where we have been let down and this is from where active Islam should be ingrained in Muslim minds. MPAC and other likeminded organisation can only achieve so much on their own and so desperately need to activate neutralised Muslims who seem to forget that even for Allah's (swt) most beloved messenger (pbuh), prayer was supplemented by active Islam. Our Imams should be telling you this and the true meaning of Jihad, because Jihad is not just what we see happening in places like Chechnya. Jihad can also be performed (thankfully, more easily/effectively) right here by using your brains - for instance by tackling Islamaphobia which dehumanises Muslims and makes the loss of their lives 'back page' statistics. The Zionist's have cottoned on to this and you'll often hear them tell themselves, that the real war is over the hearts and minds of the people in the countries that sponsor their fascist Zionist ideology.
