The Prophet Muhammad  [saw] said: "Whoever says: Hasbiyallahu Laa ilaaha illaa hua, 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa hua rabb-ul-'arsh-el-'azeem Translation:  Allah is sufficient for me, none has the right to be worshipped except Him, upon Him I rely and He is Lord of the exalted throne...(whoever says it) 7 times in the morning and in the evening, Allah will take care of whatever worries him/her of the matters of this world and the Herafter." Narrated by Abu Dawood 4/321, with a chain that is Hasan (good)
