| [color=Purple][slm] i kno i have posted a lot lately well on the Nasheeha corner board at least...and i have 3 questions so i wont take up alot of space i hope nobody minds if i put then all in one post....I kno its pretty long.....but PLEEEEZ read them....they're very intresting quesions....PLEEZ... :( thank u! :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1st one ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ok see my friend ....Shes Muslim....and has a very beutiful voice..... now shes thinking of going into....the music industry....! :o ...now me myself have NO idea what to tell her...!...Im terrified...that shes gonna go off and wear short shurt and skurts like many of the famous people today ....and she told me that she wont be breaking and Islamic laws.....cuz she wont be doing that stuff and i told her that she would be breaking a law by evn doing the whole singin thing( i heard a Dua somewhere where it was haram for a women to go into th pulbic eye or sumthin...plz corect me if i am wrong ;) ???)...well anyways...she jus wants to basic do it cuz she loves singing...and cuz of the money.... ::) um....what should i tell her im speechless cuz she never seemed interested in this stuff befor...so what should i do or tell her?....PLEEZ help! :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2nd one ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ok i'm going to use names just to make it easier: ok ahmed and sara get married. and for the longest time evr since he was old enuff to kno what basketball was Ahmeds been wanting to play PRO basketball (NBA) .And so he auditioned i guess, and got in ...and now plays for the Los angeles Laker?. and is one of the bigest player around ....and has to go to all of these games...and conference and shows and stuff like that...!....well now what is sara supposed to...jus stay at home and watch her husband do evrythign or is she supposed to go evry where with him for support...another factor would be that the press would take it the wrong way....and that would cause harm in some way cuz of all of that..bad publicity could do sumthing to the relationship or ....sumthin to the Deen...or put a bad name for Muslims or so?.....and sometimes players are gone for weeks at a time are they supposed to be apart that long what if soemthing happens to their relationship.... ??? ...well i was jus wwonderin... :) thanx....( ok jus one more ;) ;D) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3rd(and last)one.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ooookaay.....my firend has this lil sister that is about to go to high school in a yr. And she wants to go to this high school...that an arts high school...but her parents want her to go to this medical high school. now she wants to be a doctor and go to the medical....one but she also wants to have fun. and do some extra curricular activities....like sports...and the medicaal school doesnt have sports but the one she wnts to go to does....but her parents are in a way [i]MAKNG[/i] her go to the Medaical one....now what should she do to tell her parents?....thank you :) if u dont get anything....i would love to explain it to u !.... :)thank u for readin this far i REAAAALLY apreciate it!..... well thank you sooo much again and dont forget to reply!!!! | [slm] sister you questions deserve to be answered, & i hope some brother/ sister here will answer you. but actually your questions need to be answered by a fatwa. why don't you try the following link: [center]http://www.islamonline.net[/center] they have a fatwa section, but the wait can be sometimes long. I also suggest that ppl here ask their sheikhs to get an answer to this little sister's questions. |

| [slm]sis, it is not that ppl do not want 2 answer. It is coz ur questions need an answer from someone who is very well-versed in the Quran & Hadith & also the society u liv in. & such ppl are very few, & veri bz. i m certainly not 1 with such qualifications, o i hesitate 2 answer, & i suppose most ppl on board are the same. so i again urge the more knowledgeable ones to answer ur Q's. These r important. u should also sumbit these Q's 2 the Fatwa section of the site i mentioned. |
