| [slm] our big power outage got us wondering... will divine wrath come upon the land because of recognition of "gay marriages" and other signs of moral decay etc etc?? should we ship out?? would like to hear your views on that... and also the following. We love living in Canada so far BUT if we were to move, where to go?? We need the following: -Sunni Muslim majority or significant minority where Muslims can practise the Deen freely -English and/or Arabic official languages or widely spoken -Temperate climate (can;t handle heat & humidity at all) -Decent economy/standard of living -Internet access -Friendly people who will accept newcomers -Good old fashion moral values -Political stability IS there any such place??? where would you all go if you were to move from where you are now??? ??? :( :-) |

| [slm] My personal preference I'd move to Madina, I fell in love with Madina Munawara (sp??) when I first visited it at 13... Pretty sure their immigration laws wouldn't allow it but there we go one can dream... How about you??? Wasalaam |

| [slm] when i first saw this post, i thought of the same reply, except that i had passed up the chance of making my life there, when i was young. However, Mecca & Medina Munawwara are the only two places Dajjal will not be able to enter. & dajjal's fitna is the greatest fitna. Again when Dajjal is here, hypocrites will leave Medina. may Allah grant us residence in the Harmain. |

| [slm] What a wonderful thought for all muslims to live together in peace in one area. Especially Mecca!!! I guess the time is close for the dajjal. And the mountains of Mecca are inviting! However, like you point out, all of us will not be able to go there. What will we do? I agree, we need to think about that now! [wlm] |

| [slm] Medinah and Mecca are the two cities that will be protected by these notrocities. I would like to live in Mecca. Insha-Allah when I'm old so that all I do is pray all day and when I die, the Shahada is the only thing that comes out of my mouth. Ma-asalaama.... |
