Which belonged to a mysterious woman who had just moved into the neighborhood.  Her licence plate was even more strange, as it said..

2303 zeta-MARS & the strange thing was not just that such licence numbers do not exist in any country on Earth (even the UN does not have such numbers), but the background color on the plate were not yellow, or red or any one color. it was RAINBOW colors, all 7 of them; and if you decided to scrutinize further, you could detect something even more strange about the licence plate or the car or the woman (or even the farm!).
