User samr/bakr/mullahusman aka isra banned

[slm] Unfortunately, the user samr/bakr has been banned for breaking the Madina constitution rules on 3 separate occassions and refusing to comply with any of the rules thereafter.  There's not much we can do if a user doesn't want or agree to follow the constitution, there's no point in even being here really. This user is really known as isra who has been banned here multiple times for too many reasons. He is banned for life, but unfortunately can't accept that fact.
