| [slm] I just wanted to say I miss the jannah board and now I seldom get time to visit. Partially due to stepping into the world of work and learning that student life is actually quite far away from the pressures of real deadlines. I am due to relocate to Herefordshire in order to complete a Post graduate teaching certificate in education (PGCE). Thus far they still have places on the course at the Marches Consortium and interviews will carry on until next Tuesday. Despite doing alot of surfing and area research there is not a Muslim or any sign of multi-culture in the area..no mosques, no halaal food, no hungaama period... ;D So I shall need some support from y'all when I embark upon doing some da'waa insha'allah. Or better still if anyone wants to move to hereford, I would reccommend Leominster. ;D Beautiful houses reasonable prices.... Or enrol to become a trainee teacher and you can live in the teacher trainee accomodation ;) Can anyone tell me of a good site to find the nearest mosquefm where I live? You'll probably have to do a bit of research when you get there. InshaAllah all the best for your course. |

| [slm] ;D lol, i made the same mistake as br humayoun when I was reading th euniversity address. I also thought it was in hertfordhire. The nearest muslim community is in worcester. However, alhumdulillah I have declined the place for none other than east london. I just pray insha'allah that my placement is near my accomodation. The best part of moving from west to east is that I will be living near friends and there are alot more islamic activities happening near my new home. [wlm] Zara |
