| [slm] all, After a week of reading your postings, I decided to finally join. ;D The problem is that I don't know where to start. :'(What's this survivor game about? It's a good thing that you joined... :) you will enjoy your stay here...inshaallah... the survivor game, i think, is just for fun! you know, to spend your time on the computer with some fun and excitment...(i guess).. i am not in that game...but i am sure someone else will explain better about the reasons of the game... i am sorry, but i am not involve with IT...but i think there are others (lot of them) here are involve... btw, i am a Freshman at college...inshaallah majoring in bio and minor in islamic studies... from NJ.... have some [] [] [] [] [] [] from me... :) ma salaama |

| [slm] Sorry for not replying earlier. Welcome to the board and hope your stay is enjoyable insha-Allah. Most of them are. This is a great board where Muslims and some non-Muslims and new Muslims get together to talk about everything and anything. Helpful advices and debates and just fun activities. You make great freinds. Everyone here is your brother and sister and sometimes we treat each other as such (meaning arguments) BUT iz allll gooood ya kno'!!!! What advice are you looking for from an IT person? Been one for 4 yrs. Is it technical or professional or customer related? Just don't ask me about programming, I wouldn't have a clue. Trustworthy, I'm towards the end of my sophmore year, so I'm just getting to the IT courses. I'm not sure what to do with an IT degree, since so much of it is still theoretical. It seems that most people do Networking. So, my first goal is to find out more about the market in the US and find out what's in demand and which area I would like to focus on.
