| [slm] This has got to be the oddest/most fascinating thing I've seen about Muslim weddings.. it's a 9 part series in the Toronto Star about this one canadian guy's marriage saga..(how he couldn't marry this muslim girl he loves in canada and then has to go back to karachi and pick a bride?!). Thing is it's so close to what a lot of people go through nowadays... It's surprisingly well written and sucks u in like a good soap opera ;) http://www.thestar.com/wedding |

| [slm] It sure made a nice read ;), looked so real and some times scary But thats the basic script of major Desi weddings with minor changes here and there, the nice thing about it it had a happy ending oops begining for them ;) well chronicled stuff i must say [wlm] |
