| hello - apologies that this posting is Anon, no new registrations are being accepted today :( I am writing to ask if anyone knows of any south asian women who play football who live in the UK? Myself and 2 others (at Leeds Met University) are doing a research project about the experiences of a range of women players: how they got into the game, barriers to their playing, their views on the women's game, if they have experienced any racism, and so on. We have made contact with several Black women and east asian women but, as yet, are struggling to find any south asian women. Please reply to 20paws@postmaster.co.uk if you know (or know of) anyone who may be willing to talk to me. I can then ring you or email you from work to get further details and to verify that I am doing what I say I am and am legit. All interviews and contacts would be entirely confidential. Thank you.
