I got this from islamicfinder.com......this hadith doesn't have a sourrce....maybe someone else can help with that.

Shurooq is the time of sunrise, the time when the upper limb of the sun just starts to appear above the horizon. This marks the end time for Fajr (morning) prayer.

The Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him) says: “Whoever reads Fajr (for men, specifically in Jama'ah, for women at home, in Jama'ah, or wherever) and remembers Allah until sunrise (that is, reads Qur'an, memorizes surahs, etc), then prays two raka’as (units) of Shurooq (sunrise) he will get the reward of complete complete complete Hajj and Umrah (the word complete was emphasized three times by the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him)”.

Wa'alaikum Assalam wa Rahmatullah,

Here is a useful link with some details of the prayer, like its different names, timings and the opinion of different school of thoughts.
