help with hadeeth

[slm] If anyone has the proper traslations for these two hadeeths from al-tirmithi please post them asap. They are both hasan or hasan ghareeb. If you cannot find it please try to translate it in better words than I have done. the following is the arabic hadeeth then my translation of it: ‏قال رسول الله ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏من خاف ‏ ‏أدلج ‏ ‏ومن ‏ ‏أدلج ‏ ‏بلغ المنزل ألا إن سلعة الله غالية ألا إن سلعة الله الجنة He who fears, speeds up. He who speeds up reaches the destination. Surely Allah's trade is dear. Surely Allah's trade is Jannah/paradise. ‏عن النبي ‏ ‏صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ ‏قال ‏ ‏الكيس ‏ ‏من دان نفسه وعمل لما بعد الموت والعاجز من أتبع نفسه هواها وتمنى على الله The celever one is the one that accuses himself. and works for what comes after death. And the decripit is the one who follows himself's desires and he just hopes from Allah.
