Any good recipes for Ramadan

I was wondering if any one has any good recipes for Ramadan, either deserts or main dish. And anything for eid also. Thanks Ann

Last Ramadam, a Palestinian friend of mine at work made everyone Qatiyef.  These are delicious sweets and can be stuffed with different things: cheese, nuts, coconut, etc.  He had his stuffed with mild white cheese( I don't know the name, but can be bought at a Middle eastern grocery), walnuts, and a hint of cinnamon.  Here is a web site with the recipe. http://www.touregypt.net/recipes/recipeweek11122002.htm Ma'salama Stephanie
