| Assalamu alaikum, I really need a love but unfutunately I always go for the wrong person Ineed an advise. |

| [slm] bro/sis, There is a hadith which I like very much, Allah's Apostle said, "If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel, saying, 'Allah loves so and so, O Gabriel love him' So Gabriel would love him and then would make an announcement in the Heavens: 'Allah has loved so and-so therefore you should love him also.' So all the dwellers of the Heavens would love him, and then he is granted the pleasure of the people on the earth." I think you should yearn for the Love of Allah SWT and people of this world would start loving you. As simple as that. ;) wassalam |

| [slm] When I read this verse 26 of Surah An-Nur, it got me really scared, because I was wondering why I kept going for the wrong person. "Vile women are for vile men, and vile men for vile women. Good women are for good men, and good men for good women; such are innocent of that which people say: For them is pardon and a bountiful provision" [24:26] Later on when I learnt the tafseer of this verse, I was so moved. This verse came down to Rasulallah [saw] when people accused his wife, Aishah of committing adultery. Allah s.w.t reassured rasullalah [saw] by essentially saying, you rasulallah [saw]are a good person, and it is not fitting for a good person to have a bad partner/spouse. Hence, Aishah could not possible have commited a vile act of adultery. What this verse means is that there is a reason why one goes for a wrong person, the reason is himself/herself. As someone said, your partner is a reflection of you, so if you dont like what you see, reflect upon yourself. Like I said, I got really scared after reading this. Coz, if I have bad partner, its because I am bad too.... Soon after, I started to mend my ways. :-) |
