| I am forwarding the letter from editor in chief of the journal IMJ. Dr. Abu Kholdun Al mahmood Assalam Alaykum I send you warmest greetings and request you to forward the following message to Muslim health professionals in your area (doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, midwives, and other allied health workers etc and any other scholar who has interest in bioethics, medical economics etc): The Faculty of Medicine of the International Islamic University Malaysia has started publishing the International Medical Journal (IMJ) that can be accessed at http://www.e-imj.com/ or at http://uia4.tripod.com IMJ is an on-line medical journal published twice yearly and comprising the following sections: EDITORIALS, ORIGINAL ARTICLES, CASE REPORTS, SHORT COMMUNICATION, CLINOPATHOLOGICAL CONFERENCES, MEDICAL and ETHICAL QUIZZES, COMMUNITY SURVEYS, ETHIC0-LEGAL ISSUES, NEWS, CONFERENCES, LETERS TO THE EDITOR, and a READERS' CORNER. Muslim health professionals are invited to visit the site regularly and also to contribute articles to any of the sections mentioned above. The vision is to develop this into a first class respected international journal publishing quality scientific work by Muslim health professionals. The latest issue was published in July 2003. The next issue will be published in December 2003. Current and past issues are available on the website http://www.e-imj.com.
