[slm] [i]Don't get confused by the subjectline, i wasn't asking sis Sparrow to fast but she can if she wants to. Probly it'll help her getting even closer to God :) [/i] Okay, "sparrow fasting" means "cheree roza" in my native language. Kids who insist that they wanna fast are asked to fast from morning till 12:00 noon. The idea is to not to disappoint them by telling them that they can't fast. Perhaps you guys can also ask your kids to "sparrow fast" if they insist ( and this is not part of deen, so dont call me a bida'tea please :) ) [slm]

[slm] This is a great idea bro nomi - my parents allowed my sister and I to do this when we were little 'cos we used to beg to be allowed to fast ::)
