| Salaam All, I just wanted to pass along some helpful information. There is a new organization called MAPCanada - Muslim Association of Professionals (http://www.mapcanada.ca). It's mission is to 'Establish a formal network of Canadian Muslim Professionals for knowledge sharing and for providing intellectual and professional growth to its members.' They have professionals in all sorts of areas, ready to help the Muslim Ummah in Toronto. Some of the areas that they are focusing on are: Business, Education, Engineering, Health, IT, Law and Journalism. I think its a great opportunity for all kf the muslims to sign up and get access to a wide range of resources - such as job postings, workshops, mentoring services etc. :-* |
