| ...was the answer to the question.."Does anyone know who Muslims are?", during our puppet show at a public elementary school today. Just goes to show how important it is for us to be out there! On the other hand... Abdullah (the puppet) gave salams to the second class we went to and at least half the class gave salaams back! It was a powerful heart gladdening moment! A photographer was there. I will post the link here if it gets published tomorrow. |

| [slm] We made the press! Unfortunately, not on line! There are two pictures of kids looking at the Adthan clock, with a description of the items we showed the kids during the puppet show. They wrote about Abdullah, Mary and I. It is good. One teacher called and canceled, couldn't get school approval. it is in a rural area. Hmmm... makes me wonder what they will think when they see this article. Please make dua for us that we plant the seeds and Allah swt accepts this from us. |
