as salaamu alaykum wa rahmatullah, masha'Allah, this looks like an *amazing* event.  how did it go?  are you one of its organizers?   here in the upstate NY area, a Muslim Soup Kitchen Project has been in the works since last year.. it would be so awesome if we could coordinate an event like this.  alhamdulillah, we have good relations with a lot of the social justice groups in the area, as well as enough muslims in the community to put something like this together.   I would love to know more about how it was coordinated..
