?? Fascinating . When I heard of the 'Muslim Professionals' forum I envisaged members from the cream of our Muslim society, well versed and educated on current affairs and world issues. I imagined that the current hot topic of debate would be something like world peace, or an end to world poverty.....but instead it's about men in skirts? The previous discussion was even more stimulating, about a honeybee?

Its Ramadan, I shall say no more except that I think you should eat a bit more before sehri time Br Nomi.

Salaams,

About Nomi
The guy is amazing. I've met a few people like him, once you get to know someone like him they run in your bloodstream.

Hey give us a break little Sis, you can make a difference by posting more, about those issues but I can't really have a conversation with myself now.
Come on I aint no sister with a flower in my hand combing my hair and looking into a mirror. *smile* Nah seriously the board is there to discuss those issues and work together as one ummah, how much longer are we going to feel disheartened, upset at all that is happening.

I admit it first we can't solve ALL the problems yet we can encourage each other to empowerment, general help and not just talk but walk the walk. I welcome everyone to work with us. Registration is free and its here that we can start http://www.muslimprofessionals.org.uk/user.php

There are a lot more ideas that me and Nomi have but with the current timeframe and resource we simpy haven't got the energy to do it. Another point to note, we thank Jannah for her time and permisson(well we dind't ask her exactly) to allow us to do this. Then again aren't we all brothers and sisters of one ummah? *smile*

Twilight or any other sisters, email me or Nomi on the board to become a mod member. In fact be a member at two places on the net jannah.org and muslimprofessionals go on you know it makes sense.

Salaams

Hey, you didn't even ask my permission or offer to make me an admin, tsk, tsk, tsk.   And I even wrote a story about you and Nomi.  I had thought about having a webboard to, you know something like:
Bhaloo's Chillvile
Bhaloo the Joker
Bhaloo's Fans

but then I thought, nah, it'll just take away people from here, and that's not good.  i want the cool people to stay, so I've decided against it.  But maybe we'll create a special secret forum on here for all of my fans, that only a few sill have access too. :)

Come on bro Hanif, you dont have to be that apologetic! Like i've done lotsa advertising for this board (Jannah.Org), many a times i got kicked out of mIRC chat rooms for advertising this place back in days, even made a rubber stamp and stamped 500/1000 RS bills with it to advertise (that was phunny). Hey thats a cool 3 year old rubber stamp, i'll send it to bro Hanif and he'll put it in the gift pack for Abu Hamza, that'll be cool, no?

And this place is going no where but up inshaAllah, pulling out few "lurkers" wont hurt much :P

Well quite interesting discussion about Bajis and Aapis but I think there is some confusion about Urdu vocabulary here. Because in Urdu Baji is used for younger sister and Aapi is used for elder sister and the funniest thing is in spoken langauge it is used the other way around. (Please correct me if I am wrong?)

My bad, I didn't mean to exclude you.  Yeah you could have a secret forum too.  Hmmm, what would be a good name.  Guys, any suggestions? ???  How about:  Chillmistress J's Double Secret Executive Lounge.
