AsSalam Alaikum... In my memory is... (its not only turkish word some  other muslim countries use it too) Hoja means, similar to Teacher.
Hoja can be teacher of islamic issue also non islamic. 4 example. When the kids go to masjeeds to learn Islam the teaher is called as Hoja. But the students at school say also Hojaa.  Also the trainer of any sport team can be called as hojaa. I hope this helps maybe. And Hafeez is the one who has quran on his/her memory  :) 4 Example: Sheikh Abdolbased Abdussamed  is a Hafeez too. :) Allright? 8)
