Just wondering if anyone else watched this documentary - it was only half an hour but it was really good.  You can find out more info on it here

The reporting was honest and furthermore simply portrayed what was happening in the lives of three of four texan converts to Islam.

I think my favourite images were either this brother called Eric doing his salah in the middle of a ball game, or the sister dressed in jilbaab, hijaab, and nikaab with her brown cowboy[or girl] boots showing underneath :)

What did others think of it?

I watched it!  ;D

I really enjoyed it.  I thought it was a nice insight into Texan muslims.  I felt sorry for the brother who lived in a one horse town and was the only muslim family in town.  Inshallah, more muslims will join him.   :)

I liked when that muslim lady was at prayer and was moving all the sisters along to make sure they touched shoulders and she pulled that sister towards her as she joined the congregation line.   ;D

was too short tho'.  it was just a tiny glimpse of the muslims.

That situation sounds so familiar  ;)

I don't think i'll have the opportunity to watch that documentary anytime soon, just out of curiousity, what did that brother and his family have to say about their situation, what was the atmosphere like, etc, etc, ?
