| slm, just received this email with her address in montana! :o, was wondering if anyone could send this sister some stuff. i would be willing to chip in.. please contact me inshaAllah.. Assalamualikum, Hello. I have been very interested in Islam. I have been reading a lot. I am going to revert. I live pretty far away from the nearest community and so have little help. Can you suggest where I might find a hijab and other clothing articles for a plus size woman for next to no money to get started? I am without the funds. I am also in need of Islamic study materials. I am low on funds, the trip to the nearest mosque will be hard enough to get together the funds for. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Lisa (btw I get alot of these kinds of requests.. i wonder if we can set aside some money from our zakat money(one of the categories is new muslims) and send like a package to anyone who requests it.. including a quran, hadith book, about islam book kind of thing) |

| Assalamu Alaikum These are sites where she can get free literarure. you can email her the links. Some might take a while before they send these books, like a month even (or more), but i don't really know. Also I gave the name and e-mail of the girl who wants to accept islam to some brothers to pass along to some sisters in montreal and they said the e-mail doesn't work, is that the right e-mail address.
