| Assalamu'alaikum wr wb Dear brothers and sisters, Let me wish you Eid Mubarak. As we celebrate Eid ul-Adha, we are reminded of sacrifices and faith. Today, my family is really shown first hand the need to relive that faith and spirit of sacrifice. Today, the doctors diagnosed my mother, the most wonderful lady in my life, as having cancer. We have not told her yet because she still thought its something else. We want her to go into surgery feeling that she would be okay. Because of this, we have all been showing big brave smiles and hiding tears and worry. My heart is breaking. I would like to beg each and everyone to please include my beautiful mother in your du'ah. May Allah Bless her with His Shifaa, Amin. Jazakumullah khairan for your du'ah. Salaam. |
