| [slm] :-* I know Anon provided this site before that will play at least Qur'an on windows media player... I'm not sure of their other files here. www.aswatalislam.net Is it an option to download the RealPlayer for the other files you are trying to get? :-[ Best Wishes with it there Sis ... not much help but a thought (smile) [wlm] |

| [slm] Well see this is what I am doing now, I'm down loading as real player then burning to cd then saving in juke box (for some reason I cant switch them directly to either media player or juke box, but atleast juke box lets me do this, but it is slow) then saving to MP3, the problem is even when I burn to cd the filse still wont work on media player so I have to go all these convaluted routs, however ,mashaallah, I do now have two khutbas on my mp3 player, however going this way doesnt allow me to reduce the files, like I could on media player so I'm stuck only being able to fit about an hour on my player. But anyway, I guess in an average three hour listening day I can just listen to them over and over and over. Any way,as soon as I eat something I'll check out that site. | [slm] yep, if only I had found that site first I would have spent all of friday afternoon wondering what to do with myself. They have a ton of stuff and it all works on my mp3 without having to convert it to anything else first, though the reading of imam nawais 40 hadith was in 80+ itty bitty files and turned out to not be pracitcal for my purposes, but I found plenty to fill my ears with anyway. Very nice you found it of some benefit Sis …Subhan Allah… Wish I could help with info on file conversions / preference setting & the like too (for your other files) … but I have no clue in that area at all. :( Jazaki Allahu Khairan [wlm] |
