| [wlm] wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu Dear brothers and sisters, I am looking for a class of 8th or 9th graders to be pen-pals with my 9th grade class. I am an American teaching English as a second language here in Saudi Arabia and my class thought it would be interesting to have American or British pen-pals to learn more about them. They also thought it would be a good idea for people to see that we are not terrorists and that we have alot in common. | If you haven't already found a class or if you're willing to pen-pal with more than one, may I have your permission to give this info to our local Jr. High (7,8,9th grades)? If so please IM me your email as to how a teacher may contact you. |

| I've contacted 3 middle schools 6,7,8th grades (9th here is in the HS) and a middle school I would think has more time than a high school where they change classes every 40 to 50 minutes. If you've not heard from any of these schools by mid next week please let me know and I'll call a few more. One school really liked the idea and thinks it would be a wonderful learning exper and so I am betting you'll hear from them. It is a small town school. |
