| [slm] Has anyone else been in this situation? If so, what did you end up having to do? I go to a very large university and live in a dorm on campus. Only women live on my floor and we all have private rooms, but its getting to the middle of second semester and I'm sometimes having a hard time distinguishing my dorm from a brothel. Yesterday I was in the ladies bath room doing what ladies do there, with the door to the stall holding shut on vapors and wishes and one of my floor mates escorts her "friend" into the stall right next to me without so much as a "hi, hows it going?" so I flip out. Hard. I get my oh-hell-no voice on and let him have it, all the while with my skirt bunched around my waist. :o But now I'm the bad guy. >:( She writes a note on my door saying that she was escorting him and doesnt see what the problem is. But here is the problem he is taller than the stall and wasnt sitting down and I live with "ladies" who dont see the problem in that. I finally told her that its her own business what she cares to be loose with but I do not accept having to show my parts to men just to take a durn piss. I came real close to lecturing her friend that he looks grown and there is no need to him to go with his mama into the ladies room anymore, but I was on the brink of blithering so I walked away, but now every one is out there stomping and banging and threatining to keep me up all night. :( If there was ever proof that the devil is too active in the world it is to be found in a women's dormatory on any american college campus thats for sure. |

Please say hello (salaam) to her. ;)I have just got to call her and tell her I saw you here! Then smile and keep on walking.... (no one really knows if you know their parents or not!) |

| [slm] Update: we just had a floor meeting and among other things we discussed the bathroom situation. So it was resolved that we should have one ladies bathroom and one "other" bathroom. I cant help but find myself thinking of creative names for the "other" bathroom none of which is the "ladies" room. I'm not sure how this works, but somehow this stuff just gets more astounding as years go by. |
