Though this narration and the idea it conveys are well-known to many Muslims, what does it REALLY mean? How was the Prophet (S), a living, breathing human-being, the Qur'an? This question is an important one and we invite you to be among the dedicated and eager students who seek the answer. Join us as we explore the ramifications of manifesting the Qur'an and its wealth of knowledge, through the example of the Prophet (s), into the thoughts and actions of our own lives today. With the insight and wisdom of celebrated scholars, the organizers of NE Conf 2004, challenge you to ask what basic life principles the Qur'an seeks to impart on us, how the Prophet internalized this for his benefit and ours, in what ways we can coherently realize this Prophetically lived Qur'anic paradigm into our spritual, activist and intellectual lives.
