I have a friend who has a brother your age (but he's really really Somali, not just really sort of Somali...lol), and the other day we had to go pick him from the masjid, and the whole way back he was making us laugh SO hard. Im talkin short short, just long enuff so dat u cant see my scalp thru it... das really short man. Dats no small feat either my hair, it must be around 11 inches long and im really used to havin braids but insha Allah I wont look stupid when I cut it huh ::) Pray for me cuz im surriously scared lol, I'm doin it for the sake of Allah so im hopin He'll protect me :D |

| slm, Welcome back. InshaAllah your haircut won't look bad. It might look funny at first...but you'll need to get used to it. Oh man...you should hear me talk slang. Every once in a while I will bust out in this hilarious slang that makes my family and all my friends laugh. I think it's because I never talk slang....at least not that much....and to hear me speak like that, with my hijab, is pretty funny. | [slm] :) Yooo dis is crazyness. i kin mekk wudhoo now witout gettin my hair soakin wet its TIGHT! still i wuz kinda attached to rockin long hairs, but as attached as I wuz to dem they didn stay attached to me huh ;) da manz who cut it... he wuz all tellin me how it wuz long enuff to sell as a wig if i wanted to sell it :o he said us italian ppl, they luv to make wigz outta our hair cuz its rly nice n thick. but im still gettin over da shock of how much faster i can make wudhoo dats like pure mayhem breakin out. and i never get hair in my mouth anymore when im tryin to eat n its not tied back. thurrs alot a benefits to dis masha Allah :) ne i come cuz I hadda say, im goin back home tomorrow, and chances r dat my internet it still in gon be workin, so very infrequent posting and visiting untill dat gets fixed insha Allah. so all ya'll is gon have to keep holin it down witout jf'z/sheppard'z finest up in it ;) is too bad cuz i feel relly leff out da loop when im away fo so long.. ::) [slm] PS: btw Jannah, dis March wuz my 1 year anniversary as a Muslim, nah sure if I count as new? not gettin home till late tomorrow tho prolly so prolly wont be able to make it thurr anyway :( |
